Defender 90 issue

I'm trying to help my brother out with a bit of a parts hunt for his car. He's having a hard time tracking down a specific part, so I told him I'd post here and see if anyone could help.

He has a Land Rover Defender 90 and is currently looking for the shifter mechanism that mounts to the R380 transmission for the LT230 transfer case's high/low gear selector. We need the whole thing, like the mechanism housing and all the internals for it.
I've attached a picture of the general part we're looking for, just for reference. Does anyone have a spare lying around that they'd be willing to sell, or know of any good places to source a part like this second-hand?

Helped my cousin to find this same part around last year. Yes, it was quite the treasure hunt. For the LT230 shifter mechanism that mounts to the R380, check out Goldwing Rovers, they've been known to stock used parts like this

One thing to watch out for, those used shifter mechanisms can sometimes be pretty worn internally. Even if you find one second-hand, make sure the bushings and springs are solid before bolting it in.

Hunting for rare Defender parts online is mostly a waste of time, most of these hard-to-find pieces are overpriced, and a used OEM swap often causes more headaches than it's worth
